All treatment purchases will be added directly to your patient account as credits unless you request otherwise in your order notes section. It may take up to 5 business days for credits to be transferred to your patient account. Please note that your online account on our website is not the same as your patient account in our in-office system. Your online account will not reflect the credits on your patient account. Products will be shipped to you or prepared for in-office pickup, based on what you select at checkout.
