Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds on Retail Products

Any unused or unopened product may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. No refunds on products outside of 30 days that have been used or opened will be accepted. If a product has been used or is opened and is returned within 2 weeks (14 days) the product may be returned and exchanged for a more suitable product as directed by your provider.

Subscribe & Save Program

We are happy to offer our patients a 10% discount on any product subscription via our e-commerce site. Due to the discount given, two subscription renewals are required before the cancellation of any subscription. If you have not yet reached two subscription renewals, our team will happily update your subscription to another product or a later ship date to accommodate your needs. Appointment Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

In the event that you are unable to make a scheduled appointment for any reason it
is your responsibility to call the office or to message us via our Klara system 24 hours or more before your scheduled
appointment time. If we do not receive 24 hour notice, you will be charged $100 for your 1st appointment, $200 for
your 2nd and $300 moving forward.

Rescheduling: We are more than happy to reschedule appointments. In the event you have not given a 24-hour notice
prior to your scheduled appointment time or you have missed your appointment, the fees must be paid prior to you
being able to reschedule the appointment.
