What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, or debit, credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring your drivers license or ID, insurance card (for medical appointments), and preferred form of payment.

What is your cancellation policy?
We will gladly cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. No-shows and appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75. In any scenario, it is always best to give us a call so that we can discuss this with you.
Is there a cosmetic consultation fee?
Yes, we charge a $75 deposit for a consultation. However, your $75 deposit will be applied towards your purchase of treatment or product.
Do I have to book a consultation to receive cosmetic treatments?
Yes, we prefer to have a consultation with all patients to help you create a treatment plan. If there is a reason that you do not wish to have a consultation, please give us a call so that we can talk with you about this further.
What is your skincare product return policy?
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days after date of purchase for a full cash refund. All other returns are valid for in office credit or product exchange. Clarisonic brushes are non-returnable. Please note: you must make all returns or exchanges in our office, located at 7730 Montgomery Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45236.
