If selecting local pickup, your order will be ready within 1 business day at our office located at 7730 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 452366. You will receive an email when your order has been processed and is ready for pickup.
You can pick up your items at the downstairs front desk or by pulling up curbside and calling us at 513.984.4801. If you plan to curbside-pickup, we recommend calling in advance so that our team can prepare for your arrival.
Flat Rate Shipping
All orders are shipped for free via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Flat Rate. All shipments placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. Shipments typically arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Due to COVID-19, shipping carrier times may be delayed and as a result shipping times cannot be guaranteed. We are currently unable to ship orders outside of the United States.
Order Shipping Updates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. We are unable to assist with shipping after the package has been sent to the carrier. Any unused or unopened product may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. No refunds on products outside of 30 days that have been used or opened will be accepted. If a product has been used or opened and is returned within 2 weeks (14 days) the product may be returned for a credit and exchanged for a more suitable product as directed by your provider.
