Kylee Finn, RN BSN

Career

While I was in nursing school, I started my career as a nursing assistant on the Oncology Unit at The Christ Hospital. After graduating with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Christ College of Nursing in May 2021, I worked at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital on the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. In 2022, I decided to begin my career in dermatology and have been at Mona Dermatology ever since. I feel very fortunate to learn and grow at such a successful practice.

Education

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati in May 2018. When I realized my passion for medicine and helping people, I decided to go to nursing school. I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from The Christ College of Nursing in May 2021. I am very interested in health and wellness and bringing that knowledge to my patients: from my oncology patients at the hospital to now helping our patients at Mona Dermatology achieve their skincare goals.

Personal

I grew up here in Cincinnati on the east side of town. My fiancé and I have a dog named Louie who goes everywhere with us. We enjoy doing anything outside: hiking, skiing, kayaking, and more. We always wear our sunscreen, of course! During the winter months while we can’t be outside much, we enjoy watching football and trying new recipes.

One word I was taught while I was younger was “integrity- doing the right thing even when no one is watching.” I live by this in my work and in my every day life.
