Career
I joined MONA Dermatology as a registered nurse following graduation from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. In 2021, I began providing the cosmetic services of body contouring, facials, microneedling, and laser hair removal treatments to our patients while going back to school. In 2023, I earned my master’s degree and became a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to be able to provide for patients in the medical setting after extensive training under the expertise of Dr. Mona Foad. It has been an honor to begin and expand my professional career here with this incredible team of ladies.
Education
I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2019 with my Bachelors of Science degree in nursing. After working two years as a dermatology nurse, I decided to continue with my pursuit of furthering my education as my passion in diagnostics grew. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati’s Master of Science in nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2023. I enjoyed this program because it provided me with experience in the treatment of patients of all ages across the lifespan. I earned my board certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners shortly after graduation.
Personal
I was born in Roanoke, Virginia and spent my early childhood years there before moving to Dallas, Texas. My family moved to Columbus, Ohio at the start of my high school experience. Cincinnati became my home once I decided to pursue higher education at The University of Cincinnati, where I have completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees (therefore I am a HUGE Bearcat fan).
I currently live with my long term boyfriend and our two sweet kitties, Isla & Calvin. On the weekends, we love to let our foodie side show by exploring new restaurants and expanding our palates by trying adventurous foods. We also love traveling to explore new cities! When outside, I enjoy friendly competition playing our beloved Midwest activities, cornhole and golf.
I hope to educate and invigorate you to nourish and love your skin; my dermatologist in my teen years had a lasting impact on me and I hope to do the same for you!
